1.1   By creating a pk345 account or by using any part of the pk345 platform without creating an account (where applicable), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, as they stand at the time of your use.

1.2   These Terms apply to all users of pk345, including registered account holders, unregistered visitors, and any person who accesses pk345 indirectly through a third-party link, affiliate, or promotional channel.

1.3   pk345 may, at its sole discretion, modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last Updated" field above. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes binding acceptance. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

1.4   These Terms, together with the pk345 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk345 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2.1   To register and maintain a pk345 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. pk345 does not permit persons under 21 to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity without prior written authorisation from pk345.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gaming or casino activities.
• You have not been self-excluded from pk345 or from other gaming platforms in a manner that would render your use of pk345 a breach of such exclusion.
• All information provided during the registration process is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

2.2   Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) pk345 account. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban.

2.3   pk345 reserves the right to require identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") at any point during your use of the platform. KYC documentation, including a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport, may be requested before any withdrawal is processed, when unusual account activity is detected, or at the routine compliance review schedule of pk345's operations team.

3.1   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk345 account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated during the authentication process. pk345 will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel, including customer support.

3.2   You must notify pk345 customer support immediately if you become aware or have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or used by any person other than yourself.

3.3   pk345 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, including cases where you shared credentials with another person, stored credentials insecurely, or failed to enable available two-factor authentication protections.

3.4   Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk345 is not responsible for any foreign currency fluctuations affecting the real-world value of balances held in PKR for players who subsequently reside outside Pakistan or who access the platform from abroad.

4.1   pk345 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by method and are displayed on the deposit screen within your pk345 account at the time of the transaction.

4.2   All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts or payment methods registered to third parties are prohibited. Where pk345 identifies a deposit originating from a third-party instrument, that deposit may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.3   Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method(s) from which you made your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with applicable KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. pk345 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4   Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

4.5   pk345 does not charge platform-side currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own processing fees, for which pk345 accepts no responsibility.

5.1   pk345 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms, wagering requirements, and validity periods, which are published alongside each individual promotion on the platform.

5.2   Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pk345 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be transferred to your real-money balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per promotion) must be wagered using eligible games within the specified validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates per game category are published in the full promotion terms.

5.3   pk345 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are void where prohibited and are not available to employees, contractors, or affiliates of pk345 or its group companies.

6.1   All games available on pk345 are operated by independently certified game providers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

6.2   Placing a bet or wager on pk345 constitutes your agreement to the outcome produced by the relevant game's certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by the live dealer's physical dealing or spinning of equipment. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be reversed by the player.

6.3   In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity interruption that causes a game to fail to complete normally, pk345's standard policy is to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. This policy is subject to investigation of the specific circumstances of each incident. Game history logs maintained by pk345 and its game providers constitute the authoritative record of all transactions and game outcomes.

6.4   pk345 reserves the right to void any wager or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a technical error, software bug, or human error has produced an outcome that does not reflect the intended operation of the game. In such cases, pk345 will act reasonably and restore players to the position they were in before the affected round.

6.5   Sports betting markets at pk345, including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, and other sports markets, are subject to separate sports betting rules available within the sportsbook section. Key rules include settlement based on official results, void bet conditions for abandoned matches, and partial settlement rules for in-play markets.

7.1   The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk345 and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using another person's identity documents, payment instruments, or personal information to create or operate a pk345 account.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics without express written permission from pk345.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or live table games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, including using pk345 to process, layer, or integrate proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting identified bugs, errors, or miscalculations in game software or pricing to generate guaranteed profits. Any winnings derived from knowingly exploiting such errors are subject to reversal.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with any software or system underlying pk345.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith where a transaction was authorised by you.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to pk345 customer support or compliance teams.

7.2   pk345 monitors player activity using automated risk management systems and manual review processes. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited activities will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken, including suspension of withdrawal access pending investigation.

8.1   All content on the pk345 platform, including but not limited to the pk345 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game imagery, promotional materials, text, graphics, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of pk345 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk345 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any pk345 content.

8.3   Any unauthorised use of pk345 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws, giving rise to civil and criminal liability.

9.1   pk345 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk345.lat/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.2   By registering a pk345 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account administration, KYC verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud detection, and where applicable, marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time).

9.3   pk345 does not sell your personal data to third-party commercial entities. Data may be shared with regulated third parties where required by applicable law, regulation, or court order, and with service providers who assist in the delivery of pk345's platform under appropriate data processing agreements.

10.1   pk345 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining the highest standards of player protection. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

10.2   pk345 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders, accessible at any time from the account settings section:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), which take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after any upward adjustment request.

11.1   The pk345 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk345 makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability, security, and accuracy of information, pk345 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

11.2   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk345 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, system failures, or third-party service failures.

11.3   Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk345's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11.4   pk345's aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your pk345 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1   pk345 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pk345 will provide notice via the platform's notification system or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of pk345 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.2   pk345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where required by applicable law or regulation, where continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the player or to the integrity of the platform, or where a player has been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or is subject to applicable sanctions.

12.3   Upon termination of your account, all outstanding bonus balances are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances that remain after satisfaction of any outstanding wagering or verification obligations will be returned to your registered payment method in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the outcome of any pending investigation.

12.4   These Terms and any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards. pk345 operates under internationally recognised online gaming standards and independently audited compliance frameworks.
